Shipping

Q. How much are the shipping charges?

Shipping is Chargeable and depends on location and weight of the packed item.  Still you should check it at the time of checkout.  Charged weight should be Actual or volumetric whichever is higher.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?

We make sure that the product gets delivered to the customers within 2-7 business days.

Returns

Q. What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged item?

Don’t accept packet if the pack is not sealed or tempered or item found broken or missing he/she should return the parcel to the courier at the same time by properly sealing back the packet and mentioning your comments clearly on the packet.  If there’s anything wrong with the product shipped, we will replace/refund your order.

Checking the Status of Your Order

Q. How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can check the status of your order in your Order History under My Account.

Q. What does the different order status mean?

Following are the different order statuses you can find under your account history: 

Pending – The product is in your Cart and payment is still pending for the same
Under Process – Payment received; order now under process
Delivered – Shipment delivered to you
Cancelled – Order cancelled by you / Amount refunded to you

Q. When and how can I cancel an order?

You can initiate the cancellation of your order if your order status does not change to Under Process even after 6 hours of making the payment.
